AO HOME LETTINGS provides SOCIAL HOUSING and PROPERTY LETTING SERVICES throughout the SOUTH EAST OF ENGLAND.
Our operating model is based on leasing properties from a wide network of LANDLORDS and AGENTS, with us acting as the tenant.
OUR PURPOSE is split into TWO PRIMARY OBJECTIVES;
- Provide significantly MORE VALUE TO LANDLORDS than the rental market is currently offering.
- Provide safe, convenient and high-quality accommodation to social housing tenants.
Under our social housing model, we have agreed LONG-TERM CONTRACTS with multiple housing providers to procure, manage and maintain suitable properties and ensure they are fit for purpose, safe and compliant with current social housing regulations.
Our demand is currently at an all-time high which means we can offer CONTRACTS OF UP TO FIVE YEARS. We PAY OUR LANDLORDS ON TIME and WITHOUT DEDUCTIONS, whether the property is occupied or not.
We also PAY MARKET VALUE rates (calculated by local rental figures) which is extremely rare when it comes to other guaranteed rent providers.
We liaise closely with the provider to ensure the PROPERTY CONDITION is kept to a high standard from both a cosmetic and compliance standpoint.
Damages and repairs can occur on occasion as with all residential properties; however, REPAIRS will be dealt with by our network of tradesmen who we have built excellent relationships with over multiple years. This is covered by us at NO COST TO OUR LANDLORDS.
Our goal is to TAKE AWAY THE STRESS FROM LANDLORDS, while putting MORE MONEY IN THEIR POCKETS.

We will fully manage your property at no cost to you. We charge zero fees to the landlord; the amount we offer you is what you will be paid every month.
Optional £40 monthly fee, we can cover all certifications such as EICR, gas safety, fire safety and EPC certificates when they come up for renewal. Copies of each will be provided to you as part of our service.

We provide all furnishing within the property including white goods. Due to the length of the lease, we prefer the properties to be handed to us empty, as this avoids the headache of replacing any valuable furniture that may get damaged during the period of the lease.
This removes the hassle and costs of you having to furnish your property.
