1. How we Began
At AO Home Lettings, we provide Social Housing and Property Lettings Services throughout the South East of England. We started as two property owners and investors, each with the same goals that many landlords share:
- Maximising returns from our hard-earned assets
- Minimising management headaches
- Staying compliant in an ever-changing regulatory environment.
We are Omar and Adil. Initially, we set out to overcome the challenges we faced in our own property portfolios: high maintenance demands, difficult tenants, and lengthy void periods.
On top of that, government policy changes made the regulatory landscape increasingly complex, resulting in lower profits and more tedious management responsibilities. We knew that we needed to make a change.
